The St. Mary’s campus at Yousufguda houses in all about 1800 students for both the Intermediate and Degree courses. The location is very close to the up market localities of the twin cities - Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Filmnagar, Madhapur etc.

This project was for expansion and modernization of the prestigious St. Mary’s College building. This was one of the first projects taken up by Trisha and the modern college building now stands testimony to the design and quality standards of our company.

Ā landmark project for Trisha, we undertook the turnkey construction of this iconic facility for NECL in Vizag. Designed as a world class facility by Architects, Yar Khan Choi of China, this building spans over 55,000 Sft of elegantly designed spaces enclosed in a four-sided glass glazed exterior. Our scope of work covered the complete implementation of the project starting from land development to civil works, entire interior and exterior fit-out including power systems, communication systems, networking, workstations, lifts and amenities.

Krishnapatnam Port Company Limited was formed by winning the mandate from the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh to develop the existing minor port into a modern, deep water and high productivity port on BOST (Build-Operate-Share-Transfer) concession basis.

We undertook the construction of port’s Administrative Building on turnkey basis. This four storied building covering more than 40,000 Sft built-up area has been completed by us incorporating all modern facilities.

 One of our prestigious projects in the city of Hyderabad, we were commissioned to develop the eye hospital premises for Maxivision in a five storied building in the heart of the city. We have provided civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, networking and interior works including flooring, false ceilings, glass partitions, light fixtures, painting, wall paper finishes, elevation glazing, etc. We have also done the complete interiors for their operation theaters including metal ceiling and tile cladding.

St. Mary’s Junior College was established in 1982 and it is located in the heart of the city. The institution has been imparting education in the true sense of the word to the students of intermediate and has remained an epitome of learning, for 3 glorious decades.

We have provided the complete civil, interior design & finishes and complete interior fit-out including labs, furniture and amenities. The Junior College is housed in a multi storied building with cellar + Ground + 5 Upper Floors with a built up area of over 26,500 Sft.

The proposed facilities and the infrastructure for the Management College Campus will have a built up area of 1,70,000 Sft in Phase 1 and an additional 1,10,000 Sft in Phase 2, totalling to a gross built up area of over 2,80,000 Sft. We have been awarded a turnkey contract for developing the complete infrastructure for the project.

 For Granules India Limited we have constructed the boundary wall for external parking area including design, fabrication and installation of gates.

We also provided various works like renovation & remodeling of staff canteen, rainwater management system etc.

For Sancta Maria which is one of the leading international schools in Hyderabad, we executed the design, supply and installation of modular furniture for their ICT lab including electrical and networking.

We also undertook construction of additional classrooms and other common utility spaces including, flooring, joinery, electrical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Sanitary and interior finishing works.

For our foray into residential construction projects, we have taken up and completed an ultramodern residence in the posh Jubilee Hills area incorporating excellent architecture, impressive aesthetics and high-end safety features.
